  • No Refunds or Returns: Once an order has been placed and shipped, we cannot accept any refunds or returns. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched hair.

  • Quality Assurance: Each product is thoroughly checked for quality before leaving our facility.

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors in the order once it has been processed.

  •  All issues must be reported within 3–5 business days of receiving the hair, please provide photos and details. We will review your case and work with you toward a fair solution.
